wrong type for "cast_rules_to_readonly" in the api ref

    [api-ref] Fix datatype of cast_rules_to_readonly

    Fixing cast_rules_to_readonly type from string to boolean
    for share instances and share replicas.

    The API-REF had the wrong type for these fields.
