Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) create a 10G share with GenericShareDriver, NFS protocols on a devstack environment, master branch.
2) manila shrink it to 5G.
3) manila extend it to 8G.
4) Now the share is 8G under manila show, but mount the share to a linux vm, and check df -h in the vm, the share's size is 10G.
