Bug Description
We have docs that mention use of dbus command to update exports Ganesha when adding or uodating access to shares but we don't cover matters like:
1) dbus-command needs to run on the same node as the ganesha service
2) so manila-share can run on that node or ssh to it and run dbus-send
3) the dbus-send command and ganesha need to be in the same namespace since dbus rendevous is via an *abstract* socket (not in the filesystem).
