Bug Description

The user_id field was added to POST /shares and GET /shares/{share_id}/detail APIs in [1]. It is meant to be in these APIs since version 2.16. However, there is no mention of this field in the API reference: https://developer.openstack.org/api-ref/shared-file-system/?expanded=create-share-detail#create-share
