There is no way to select neutron subnet while creating share network with Horizon

Bug Description

The dialog of creating share network have 'Neutron net' option, but it has no 'Neutron subnet' option. Practically speaking, end users cannot use Share service with GUI.

In my case, the subnet option does not show.
What I know about the system is that the version is rocky.
I can try to get the exact git tag or commit hash if it will help.

I'm really sorry I didn't notice your response here in time. I believe I tested this with a Rocky release version of manila-ui: 2.16.2

If you could provide horizon's error log we can help take a look.
