Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Set up LVM driver
2) Create an NFS share
3) Grant write-access to a client
4) Mount the share from the client
5) Create a file as root
6) chmod 600 the file
7) Unmount the share
8) Revoke write access, and grant read-only access to a client
9) Mount the share from the client
10) Attempt to read file as root

Always disable root-squash
Initially, root squashing was only disabled for rw
shares, but it should also be disabled for ro shares.
