Using by-uuid instead of by-path volume mounting in service instance

Bug Description

Current behavior:
Volume is mounted via /dev/vdb

Proposed behavior:
Volume is mounted via /dev/disk/by-uuid/24286e50-761c-4e73-8ee9-1b405d00aacd

Given the fact that /dev/vdX could vary during lifetime of service instance (eg. additions and removals of volumes and restarts of VM) share volumes could be swapped. The scenario where share of one user is served as share of another user is a great security problem and should be solved.

Tom this was not rebased or abandoned, what do we normal do in this case where the code was +2 but needs a workflow label...https://review.opendev.org/#/c/506682/

Jason - I'm unassigning this one since it's not being worked on actively. Also tagged it for the generic driver. It will be in the queue of genuine issues for that driver, with some good work towards a fix but (see toabctl's remarks) perhaps some more to be done.

Still relevant but would be nice to have someone to pick this up and continue the work. Let's try to look for people to take this.
