fix slowly list share

Bug Description

If we have a bunch of shares in manila, and run list share with limit, offset parameter, it will very slow. such as.
1.manila list --limit 30000 --offset 2000

When I tested above command, it took me half an hour.

Reason: Actually, this fix isn't high priority to pursue.
Because this does not affect the function. This is just improving performance. If your don't have a lot of shares, it cloud not improve mach performance. And this patch based on very old version cold. I will just abandon it first.
