Bug Description

"volume_type" has been retained in the types API and is present in the JSON response of the shares API. One could even specify a share_type with "volume_type" to create shares. This behavior was meant to be removed when we transitioned to v2 API.

I popped out the assignee, and lowered the priority to "Wishlist" - there's no rush in getting this bug fixed; but contributions will be encouraged..
