Add QNAP Manila Driver
This driver supports below features:
- Create NFS Share
- Delete NFS Share
- Allow NFS Share access (IP access type)
- Deny NFS Share access
- Create snapshot
- Delete snapshot
- Create share from snapshot
- Extend share
- Manage share
- Unmanage share
- Manage snapshot
- Unmanage snapshot

The QNAP driver was added in the Queens release. However, no documentation was added in the administrator guide (https:/ /docs.openstack .org/manila/ latest/ admin/index. html#supported- share-back- ends) or the configuration reference (https:/ /docs.openstack .org/manila/ latest/ configuration/ shared- file-systems/ drivers. html)
Added Pony Chou and Chris Yang who worked on this driver at some point. If you think this documentation can be added, please claim this bug and add the necessary docs. Thanks!
