hardcord service nfs-kernel-server for debian distribution

An error occurs when deleting nfs, because it is different in red hat because the path of nfs-server is different.

Akira, can you tell us what RHEL based distribution you are using? Is the issue that we should be running 'systemctl restart nfs-server' instead of 'systemctl restart nfs-kernel-server' ?

Closing since this isn't a bug anymore. The non-portable 'service restart' commands were replaced by 'systemctl ' commands quite some time ago and AFAICT the systemctl commands used are portable across Linux distributions that run OpenStack.

Please open a new bug with new specifics if new portability issues are encountered.
