Bug Description
The UI does not offer a "Shrink" option to reduce the size of a share (seen with the CephFS native driver where shrinking a share works on the CLI, so it is supported by the driver).
For a better UI experience, "Extend"/"Shrink" could be merged into "Resize". This may give problems for the share state in case of unshrinkable shares, though.
"Shrink" could also be removed from the UI if the driver does not support it (this may need a "shrinkable" capability).
