Bug Description

Fix of share migration support [1] will work only when source share host is the same host for ZFS storage and manila-share service.

[ZFSonLinux] Fix share migration using remote host

    For the moment, share migration works only when manila-share and
    ZFS storage are located on the same host. So, fix it adding SSH
    command to migration command.
