Bug Description

The Windows SMB driver does not implement the new 'update_access' method.

Since the old driver access rules related methods will be deprecated soon, this can be considered an issue that must be addressed by the Windows SMB driver.

    Windows SMB: implement 'update_access' method

This change implements the 'update_access' method within the Windows
SMB driver with respect to the semantics specified in the base driver.

The 'allow_access' and 'deny_access' methods are now removed.
