Bug Description

Generic Driver fails to properly delete a share when share_helpers option contains CIFS=CIFSHelperUserAccess and when no users have been granted access to the share. This results in a share stuck in error_deleting status.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set CIFS share helper to CIFSHelperUserAccess;
2. Create a share;
3. Delete this share.
