Tempest test test_unmanage_replicated_share_snapshot_with_no_replica does not release real snapshot resource

Test with name "test_unmanage_replicated_share_snapshot_with_no_replica" located at "manila_tempest_tests/tests/api/admin/test_replication_actions.py:ReplicationAdminTest" creates share, creates snapshot of it, then unmanages snapshot and that's all. But real snapshot resource exists after test finishes. It leads to 2 problems: resource orphanage and failure of cleanup method.

    Delete duplicated broken tempest test

    Test "test_unmanage_replicated_share_snapshot_with_no_replica" is
    located in "replication" test suite. But, it does only
    "snapshot unmanage" actions without any relations to "replication".
    Also, it does not delete real snapshot resource, because
    "manila snapshot" gets only unmanaged.
    So, just remove above mentioned test as duplication that, moreover,
    leads to resources orphanage and cleanup errors.
