Bug Description

When user want to make a NFS share accessable to all client, they may use a commond bellow:
        -- manila access-allow xxxxxxx ip 0.0.0.0

Here 0.0.0.0 represent IP addresses of all clients.
But Huawei array do not support 0.0.0.0, It use asterisk(*) to represent IP addresses of all clients.
So a conversion should be made.
