Can not teardown share server when domain controller is not available

There are two bugs in the following corner cases:
1. When the domain controller is not available, the share server failed to delete because of an exception is thrown during the modification of the cifs server.
2. Robust handling on nfs share query.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/manila 2.0.0.0b2 development milestone.
