Bug Description

Network plugin located in [1] does not allow to configure network type, but allows to configure segmentation ID.
So, to be able to use the latter correctly the former should be supported too.

Using name "network type" as it is used in Neutron and manila "share network" model.

    Add support of 'network_type' to standalone network plugin

    StandaloneNetworkPlugin does not allow to configure network type,
    but allows to configure segmentation ID.
    So, to be able to use the latter correctly the former should be
    supported too.
