Quobyte driver reports incorrect capability "snapshot_support"

Quobyte driver does not support snapshotting of shares. But it reports capability "snapshot_support=True".

    Remove misleading snapshot methods from Quobyte driver

    The Quobyte driver implemented several snapshot related methods
    by raising NotImplementedError. These are removed in order
    to prevent incorrectly reporting the snapshot capability as true.
