devstack plug-in needs to reflect changes in manila-ui plug-in

The manila-ui plug-in was recently changed to eliminate the need to have an "overrides.py" file.

Any references to this file within the devstack plug-in needs to be removed.

    devstack plug-in to reflect new manila-ui plug-in

    Change was made to manila-ui plug-in to not use "overrides.py"
    file. This patch removes any references to this file from
    within the manila devstack plug-in.
