Quobyte CI result reports are not shown by Gerrit

Currently test results of the Manila Quobyte CI are not shown by Gerrit although being submitted.
Example CI runs that should have shown up can be found here:

Logs show the sos-ci doing the ssh gerrit review call (this is a different change but same output):

You sure that this bug for "Manila" project? Fix will be exactly to Manila repo?

i used this project as it occurs with our manila CI and i wanted to have this filed.
will re-eval this and move most likely.

Issue with the combination of the CI impl and (most likely) the manila devstack plugin. Found workaround and the CIs reports are now handled by gerrit successfully.
