EMC VNX driver can not delete the error share server

For some reason, EMC VNX manila driver failed to create a share server, there is no 'share_server_name', 'share_server_id', 'cifs_if' and 'nfs_if' returned by the function 'setup_server'. After that, it will throw an exception when the user wants to delete the share server. The share server will be in "delete_error' status.

    Fix for the deletion of an error share server

    Check if share server name is in the parameter server_details when tear down
    the share server. If not, just simply return.
