glusterfs: modify config option specifying glusterfs target

Currently in glusterfs driver, the glusterfs target ([remoteuser@]<volserver>:/<volid>) is specified in a file, whose path is a config option (glusterfs_volumes_config) in manila.conf. This way of specifying the config option is not clean, and roundabout. Rather have a string valued config option in manila.conf as glusterfs_target, using which the same specification can be mentioned.

    glusterfs: edit config option specifying volume

    glusterfs driver has an option to specify the GlusterFS volume to be
    mounted on the Manila host. The GlusterFS volume to be mounted is
    presently specified in a file, whose path is the config option
    glusterfs_volumes_config. Instead have a string valued config option
    in manila.conf that directly takes the same input.
