Bug Description
On queens creating manila share snapshot by command line works fine.
Creating share snapshot with dashboard giges the following error :
Danger: An error occurred. Please try again later.
Attached here there is the httpd error log.

Queens is EOL; and we've not observed the error indicated in later versions
