Settings path specified does not match actual file path

Bug Description

The `DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE` configuration value does not match actual file path in manila-ui, the true path is `manila_ui/tests/settings.py` while `manila_ui/test/settings.py` is actually set.

Correct the actual path for setting DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE

The true path should be "manila_ui.tests.settings" while
"manila_ui.test.settings" is given.
