Similar problem here: VirtualBox on Windows Vista Home Premium host.

With kernel 2.6.26-2 i have "BUG: Unable to handle kernel <1>"
With kernel 2.6.26-3 i have "kernel panic - not syncing: fatal exception in interrupt"
