Browser stays on 'Almost finished...' page after uploading bug info

Used apport-collect to collect kernel information for this bug; https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/524767

While the information was collected and uploaded successfully, the site failed to redirect me back to the bug page, instead leaving me on the 'Almost finished...' page. This implied that I should still be waiting for the program to finish uploading to launchpad even after apport-collect had quit back to terminal.

I am using Opera 10.10, perhaps this is a browser incompatibility issue?

I think you may have encountered a problem with our server-side processing of uploaded Apport data. However, I can't reproduce this.

It may be due to bug 592203. If you can reproduce this problem, please reply here with the full URL your browser is pointing at, and we'll try to diagnose the problem further.

I can't seem to reproduce this bug. By entering the same command a browser window is not opened asking for more information.

I think i can possibly reproduce this if someone who knows how apport works could tell me how to get apport to open a browser window. Perhaps I need to file a new test bug?
