_Member.get_lists() is missing in Client Python Bindings

Bug Description
please add this feautre to the Client - maybe REST does already provide it.
This would improve membership_settings we could offer a page with all the users subscriptions.
Instead of oterating all lists and checking whether the user is subscribed I'd love to have direct access within the suer object.
