Bug Description
Mailman seems to be mangling messages which contain lines with
leading hyphens. For instance, the attached message is the original
as sent from my MUA to the <email address hidden>, <email address hidden>,
and <email address hidden> lists. Those lists add a leading '- '
to lines using '---' as a REST title underbars, as well as REST unordered
list items.

In addition to hurting the readability, this mangling also destroys the PGP
signature on the mail.

Sorry for the noise -- it appears that Enigmail is the culprit.
I was misled by the fact that the message as I thought I sent
it looked normal: that was Thunderbird hiding the hyphens injected
by Enigmail.
There is still some issue with PGP signatures getting messed
up, but that may be in gmane rather than Mailman.

(For the benefit of anybody finding this issue via search)
The behavior I am seeing is PGP "space stuffing" due to use of "inline PGP"
to sign the mail:
Hmm, that isn't my original mail -- that is one I got from one of the mailing lists.
