Bug Description

email.Utils.getaddresses() fails to pick up some
addresses, when header filed contains display-name
occupying whole one line or more.

The file mailman-r7929-get_addr.patch was added: Can be applied to both 2.1 & 2.2.

My description was inexact.

For example, when USE_ENVELOPE_SENDER = No and a message
contains:

From:
=?ISO-2022-JP?B?GyRCPHc4Qkw1PHc4Qkw1OF45ZSROOyQkakBaJGwzJDo9TXgbKEI=?=
 =?ISO-2022-JP?B?GyRCP2U1exsoQg==?= <email address hidden>

msg.get_sender() returns:

=?ISO-2022-JP?B?GyRCPHc4Qkw1PHc4Qkw1OF45ZSROOyQkakBaJGwzJDo9TXgbKEI=?=
