Bug Description

It looks like the "massive rewrite" that occured
between revisions 2.5 and 2.5 of cron/mailpasswds
removed the SuppressPasswordReminder check.

The attached patch corrects cron/mailpasswds to honor
the SuppressPasswordReminder option.
