Comment 26 for bug 328353

Thanks I had not restarted mailman.
Both patches were the ones in 10 and 11.
What's strange is that the owner of the mailman qrunner process was not mailman me or root. In fact it was a person that had been added to the project recently in order to use samba but doesn't use uniix.
