Bug Description
if i send any email from out side the domain that the mail man is currently installed in , for example a yahoo user sends email to a user subscribed to a maillist in our domain, the arabic letters are showed as encoded to ascii html encoding like this

It would be better to send questions like this to <email address hidden> <http:// mail.python. org/mailman/ listinfo/ mailman- users>, at least until it is determined if there actually is a Mailman bug.
This could be caused by several things. The message could be improperly encoded in the first place, the MUA you're using to read the message might not properly decode the message or Mailman might somehow be breaking the message.
Does the list have archives? If so, how does the message appear in the archive?
What is the list's preferred language?
Can you attach a raw message to this report. Ideally, two raw messages. Send a test message from Yahoo to the list with a Bcc to yourself. Than attach both the message received from the list and the message received directly by Bcc.
