name bug in Czech transation.

There's no patch attached to the bug, possibly due to a SourceForge
problem. If you remember the problem, can you please look at the current
source code at
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~mailman-coders/mailman/2.1/files, and check if
the error is still there?
