Bug Description
Say I have a mailing list called business. Then, with
the archive empty, I can visit
http://
which will contain a link to
http://
which is incorrect, since it's missing a "/" between
"mailman" and "listinfo".
Using 2.1.5-8sarge2.

A somewhat related bug...
I have an installation that uses a url-host of common.domain.com, but each of the lists I create has a unique subdomain for each mailing list such as sub1.domain.com, sub2.domain.com, etc. All links to "more information about this list" always use the subdomain (subN) URL for the link. The empty archive page uses the common.domain URL for the link, which is not accessible by users of the subdomain. The empty archive link for more information about the list must use the same URL as the other list information pages.
