edithtml.py missing import

Bug Description

You can't save edited pages because edithtml.py fails
to import the re module.

import re
line in the first part of edithtml.py file.

I'm not sure I understand the motivation for keeping
resolved issues open. I think it's better to close them
when it's fixed in CVS. I know the SF tracker searching
sucks, but if we really need to keep tabs on resolved
issues, I think there are other ways to do this, such as
starting a page on the web site.
