small bug in welcome message

In the first message you get after you subscribe, which
goes something like "Welcome to the
<email address hidden> mailing list!

To post to this list, send your email to:" blah blah blah.

Anyways, it goes on to say this:

"with the word `help' in the subject or body (don't
include the
quotes), and you will get back a message with
instructions."

If you look carefully, help is enclosed in one single
tick (single quote) and one back tick (tick on the
tilde key)

not a big deal, just thought I'd let yall know.
