Virtual domain link not working on pipermail "blank" list

Bug Description
The "more information about this list" link for 2.1.6rc4,
when generated from pipermail link for a list that has yet
to receive an email, points to the domain's default
Mailman web host domain instead of the "virtual" domain
that that is supporting said list.
