Small logging error in "subscribe" log

Bug Description
Looks like there is a small logging error in the
"subscribe" logging. The log lines look like this:
Jan 06 18:31:52 2004 (9728) online-
pending Stig Sandbeck Mathisen <email address hidden>
148.122.46.12
Jan 06 18:32:15 2004 (3682) online-
new "<email address hidden>" <Stig Sandbeck Mathisen>, via email
confirmation
On the second line, the name and the address should
change place, address should be inside <>. and name
inside ""
