adding mime type for shortcut icon

Peter Bieringer reported that many browsers don't understand the
<link REL="SHORTCUT ICON"> tag if we don't include the
appropriate
mime type: image/x-icon.
It's possible this is simply a misconfiguration in the web server
(which is supposed to serve the right mime type in the 1st place) but
anyway forcing the type is cheap enough.

I'm uploading the one-liner fix.
