Bug Description
The log message for README.SENDMAIL from May still
shows that mm-handler is missing from ./contrib, and
there are tarball releases which specify that it is
included, and it's not. It's not in the tarballs, not
in the cvs, nowhere on the web.
This is a showstopper.

It's in the MM2.1 tree. I'm attaching the current copy to
this bug report and closing it.
