Bug Description

When I run ./configure it tells me:

***** dnspython <2.0 not found. It is required for the new
***** dmarc_moderation_action feature. Get it from
***** <http://www.dnspython.org/> or
***** <https://pypi.python.org/pypi/dnspython/>
***** You must get a version < 2.0

But the earliest version available on either of those referenced sites is version 2.0.0rc1, nothing prior to 2.0 is available.

Thus I am unable to configure let alone build.

Thank you, got me past that but now I've got a syntax error on
conftest.py line 17.
