Bug Description

mailman reports sublists as not found in the error file

Two sublists (<email address hidden> and <email address hidden>) are configured as regular_include_lists for list <email address hidden>

When posting to <email address hidden>, mailman reports the errors:

Include list <email address hidden> not found.
Include list <email address hidden> not found.

Do the two lists actually exist?

If this is cPanel, the list in regular_include_lists needs to be the cPanel list name, e.g. <email address hidden>.

Similarly, if this is some other modified Mailman where the list's internal name is not the same as the local part of the list posting address, the local part of the regular_include_lists entry needs to be the list's internal name.

Thanks for that information Mark. They are hosted on cPanel so that would be the issue here.

Apologies for the false alarm, this information was not provided on https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/ALD/Mailing+Lists

Cheers,

Troy
