Bug Description

I have been failling to log into my mailman administration interface and this ,essage has been appearing

"Bug in Mailman version 2.1.14-1

We're sorry, we hit a bug!
Please inform the webmaster for this site of this problem. Printing of traceback and other system information has been explicitly inhibited, but the webmaster can find this information in the Mailman error logs. "

There are a lot of emails that need to released but I can do that.

If this Mailman installation is on your server, please provide the contents of Mailman's 'error' log so we can diagnose the problem. If this installation is on a hosted server, you will have to contact the hosting service for support or at least to get the error log.

The errors you have posted are errors from your web server's error_log. These are not what we need. We need to see the log message from Mailman's 'error' log. This will include an exception message and a Python traceback and Python and environment information.

just a clarification my service provider Hostgator are providing the mailman service. Should i get error codes from them or the one that keeps popping from my end

Report the problem to Hostgator and have them fix it.

If they need help, they can post the messages from Mailman's error log here, or they can join the <email address hidden> list at <http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/mailman-users> and ask for help there.
