mail notification checking junk and inbox folders

Bug Description
Using Evolution 2.28, I configured mail-notification 5.4 to only check my Inbox folder, but it's actually checking both my Inbox and Junk folders. I don't want to me notified of mail sent to my Junk folder. I checked and it seems only the Junk folder is behaving like this. I have other folders and filters, and I don't get notified when mail is sent to any other folder, unless I configure it in mail-notification.
I'm running Ubuntu 9.10.
