Bug Description
Linux/Ubuntu/
When releasing a submission, if it fails, it's not evident that it needs to be re-queued in order for the cron to try releasing it again. We need an error message that tells people to go to the Admin > People > Export queue page, where you can requeue the submission. Or at least a message that says requeue.
Currently, you can replicate a failed submission release by enabling the experimental PDF Export Plugin, as this causes an error when releasing a submission.
