Behat testing data generator throws null on openbadgedisplayer

Update needed in Testing Data Generator after update in code requires 'badgegroup' in the $configdata to must be an an array.(Currently is null at initialisation)

REPRODUCE
1. In the background steps of a test, add the openbadgedisplayer to a page
2. Navigate to the page where the Open Badges block was added
3. Leave the page to another page.

Expected result: No errors on new page
Current result: Errors about array indexes.
