Bug Description
- Code: 19.10_STABLE as deployed to https:/
- OS/Browser platform tested: tablet running Android 5.1.1 and latest Chrome (please note also confirmed on Android 8 phones)
Is fine on the iPad Air 2 running latest iOS&Safari (i.e. 13.1)
- Theme: Modern
Preconditions:
1. An existing person (used User5 Test-123) is present.
2. The Site/Institution Administrator has left both the HTML editor and Device detection options in the Person's Profile Settings --> Preferences at their 'On' default values.
Test steps:
1. Person is logged in and selects Profile; the person's Profile --> About me tab is displayed.
2. Person scrolls down to enter an Introduction.
Expected result: The visual editor window is present.
Actual result: There is no editor window, not even a simple one (see attachment)
