Should not display 'registered users' option on profile page view access when isolated institutions are on

To test:

1) have an existing site with some users in an institution
2) turn isolated institutions on
3) log in as a user and go to Create -> Pages and collections
4) click on the access icon on the profile page
- you should see access rules for 'registered users' and the institution
5) on clicking on 'Manage access' you see the access page and the 'registered users' line is not set correctly

This is because with isolated institutions you can share with 'registered users'

Will make a patch to stop this access rule showing
